  • 2 tablespoons chili oil adjust based on your spice preference
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil balances the chili oil flavor
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari for a gluten-free option
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil optional, for extra depth
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced (optional)
  • Juice of half a lime for a tangy twist
  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
