Instructions
Prep (approx. 10 mins)
Wash & de-stalk the Kale
Wash Spinach
Grate/press 2 cloves of garlic (optional as the soft cheese has garlic in it)
Place a large knob of butter in the pan and melt
Cooking (approx. 15 mins - making the kale and spinach wilt)
Sauté the garlic until fragrant (optional as the soft cheese has garlic in it)
Add the kale and cook until wilted (stir to make sure that kale is covered in butter or it may burn before it wilts) - Don't be afraid to add more butter if it becomes difficult.
Add spinach and also ensure it is coated with butter to stop it burning before it is wilted - Don't be afraid to add more butter.
Add salt and pepper
Add two tablespoons of cream and stir
Add two tablespoons of soft cheese and ensure it is properly mixed in with the kale and spinach. Add more to taste if required.
