Whisk the egg with an electric whisk for a minimum of 2 minutes until pale and fluffy
Mix in the essences, vodka, mashed banana, sweetner, cream and oatmilk
Chill for 2 hours (or overnight)
Churn in the icecream maker for 35 minutes or untill semi-solid
5 minutes from the end, check consistancy and if semi-formed (thick but still stirable) add the dry ingredients (nuts, glazed cherries, glazed orange & lemon peel)
Scrape into a container using a wooden or rubber spatula and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours
Take out of the freezer a couple of minutes before you intend to serve (homemade icecream doesn't have the same chemicals as much water content as commercial ice-cream so it will begin to melt as soon as it is out of the freezer).
